Eddy Murphy suddenly showed an impressively jacked body causing a lot of controversy among its fans and critics. Some say that he is using some unhealthy supplements, while others are sure that he is very serious about his workout routine.  Everyone knows that building  muscles and losing fat very fast is extremely difficult. So this is why many wonder how Eddie was able to build this physique.

Even though Eddie always kept a secret about his workout routine and diet, he decided to put an end to all the news and tell the truth. He likes pancakes, but this doesn’t affect his determination of building a jacked body, so he is following strictly his trainers’ routine and diet. On top of that, he is using Eddie Murphy Supplements that are 100% natural and simply help him lose fat and stay energetic.

“I haven’t read a newspaper in 20 years, so I don’t want to read this shit about how I changed my body. If you want to know something I am here to answer, but there is nothing spectacular that I can tell you. I just decided to get more active in my workout routine and my supplements just help me accelerate my metabolism. So this is why I got this transformation, even though I don’t consider it something spectacular.”
