What Major?

If I was going to go to a college that only offered social  psychology and general psychology, which would should I pick if I wanted to work to become an I/O Psychologist? Thanks in advance  ;)

I would go for GENERAL, although Im not too sure how things work in your country Im in SA ,

and if you take any general you get a bit of everything

I would actually go with Social because the field deals with interactions between people in organizations. You don't really need to know biology of behavior etc which is covered in general psychology. You will be better equipped with Social Psychology.
