I have a research project identifying the core strengths and competencies to help place high school graduates in jobs. I am working with a youth ministry of high school graduates who volunteer 1 year in a working internship. they have a number of jobs within their ministry and trying to place the correct individual in the job for the year they are here. One of the major initiatives is identifying those whom would be good on the phone telemarketing their ministry products [concerts/missions and the internship itself]. in the way of scope they have about 600 interns with about 250 in the call centers. does anyone have an inexpensive solution to assess and screen for placement?
