I just registered with this site and am looking for to connecting, networking, and sharing ideas. I will be completed my masters in I/O this semester at Carlos Albizu University in Miami, FL.

My name is Philip.  By the way, what is your thesis in I/O psychology? I think you will have many networks with other SMEs...good luck.
