Harrison Fords Workout Plan for Indiana Jones and Star Wars


It’s never to late to reprise a famous role such as Indiana Jones or Hon Solo, and for Harrison Ford, his fans were literally begging for it.

Harrison is part of a group of aging action hero’s that are past their price, but still insanely popular.  Bruce Willis was 52 when he played John McCain in Live Free or Die Hard, Arnold Schwarzenegger was 67 in Terminator: Genisys, and Sylvester Stallone was 62 when he filmed the last Rambo IV.

The trend of older Hollywood Action Stars has no end in sight.  Each of these legends was able to pull off dangerous stunts and twisted plots making movies.

When directors came to Harrison Ford with the ideas of the films, Harrison made it clear he was going to perform his own stunts.  The last time he filmed an action packed movie like Indiana Jones was 18 years ago, but he still feels young enough and fit enough to be able to pull them off.  Let’s be real, if anyone can pull it off, it’s Harrison Ford.
