John Krasinski Workout Plan For Men’s Health and 13 Hours

John Krasinski got insanely ripped for his newest movie as a NAVY seal. The Movie is titled 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi. His mission was to transform in a hard, tough military soldier. His modern appearance isn’t exactly seen as frightening . Known as Nice Guy Jim Halpert from The Office, you would never think he could play the role of a NAVY SEAL. John Krasinski knew where to begin.  And that was in the gym.

John Krasinski worked out with Jason Walsh, a strict hardcore trainer who also trained celebrity Bradley Cooper. The result? Krasinski packed on 25lbs of lean muscle.
