Once considered the “youngest champion in the UFC history”, Jon Jones has stunned his fans with an incredible transformation with a shredded new physique. After a tumultuous year, being arrested for fleeing the scene on a hit-and-run car accident, it seems that Jones is now on his way to redemption and it started his transformation with his physique. He is determined to come back with a totally new training regimen and a strict diet that he is sure it is not going to fail.

Lunch

  • 21.4 oz water
  • 2.5 oz ground turkey breast – no skin
  • 4.5 eggs – egg whites
  • 2.5 cups spinach
  • 9.5 oz pineapple (9.5 oz)
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Snack

  • 21 oz water
  • 2.5 oz low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 3 Brazil nuts

Dinner

  • 21 oz water
  • 5.5 oz tilapia
  • 1/2 medium lemon
  • 2.5 cups collard greens
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
