No Pain, No Gain – This Is What Mark Wahlberg Diet Was Centered On

Mark Wahlberg had a troubled youth, but he found a totally new life in the scene. He is now a world renowned actor and tv producer. During his career, Mark has played many different roles and like any actor there were moments when he had to bulk up or needed to lose a lot of weight. His most recent transformation for the Pain and Gain movie shows that Mark has found the secret to bulk up very fast and in a very healthy way.

For this role, Mark had to put on 40 pounds of muscle in just 7 weeks. Quite extreme and at the same time insane many would say! So apart from following an intense workout routine, Mark’s diet consisted of eating all day long. According to a recent interview he ate 10-12 times a day to gain enough weight for this movie. On top of that, with Mark Wahlberg Supplements he was able to sculpture his abs and burn fat during these intense 7 weeks.

“I actually planned on getting bigger than I did [for the movie], but
I was getting ready to film Broken City right before, and the director wanted me to be thinner. I weighed 185–190 at the time, and got down to 165 for the role in Broken City, so I had to start from a place that’s below my normal body weight. But I was still able to get up to 212 for Pain & Gain. I was eating 10 meals a day.”

MARK WAHLBERG DIET PLAN:

 

Breakfast:

  • 100g oats, 50g raisins, 1scoop whey

Snack:

  • 100g mixed nuts or 1-liter milk or tuna sandwich

Lunch:

  • 200g white pasta, bolognese sauce, parmesan cheese

Snack:

  • 100g mixed nuts or 1-liter milk or tuna sandwich

Post workout shake:

  • 1.5scoops whey, 60g oats, milk, banana

Dinner:

  • 200g white pasta, bolognese sauce, parmesan cheese

Pre bed:

  • cottage cheese, berries, flax seed, fish oil
