Rob Gronkowski Workout Plan

Rob Gronkowski is the SuperStar tight end for the New England Patriots.  He is the first tight end in NFL history to lead the league in receiving touchdowns.

Gronk (as he better known) was born on May 14, 1989 in Amhearst, New York. He was raised in Williamsville, New York where he attended Williamsville North High School for three years. He played both football and basketball.

After high school, he attended University of Arizona and played football from 2007 to 2009. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in 2010 NFL Draft and played a vital role in helping them win Super Bowl XLIX.

Rob Gronkowski is the First tight end to have 3 seasons with more than 10 touchdowns and more than 1,000 receiving yards. He might be the best Tight End to have ever played the game.

Gronk credits his workout for not only keeping him on the field but also in the end zone.
