Ryan Reynolds Workout Plan For Deadpool

When Ryan Reynolds played Van Wilder he pretty much lived like a college kid at a frat house in real life, too. “I was unhealthy,” he admits. “I ate and drank whatever and whenever I wanted. ” Then came a more action packed movie; Blade: Trinity and it was time to get serious. Green Lantern and then Deadpool followed.  Each of these roles required a body in top notch shape.

These roles changed his life because it forced him begin working out and taught him to be able to do thing he thought was impossible.

Impossible things such as running in the New York City marathon, or climbing Machu Pichu which is an 8,000ft high fitness feat.

“Deadpool was my favorite Superhero.  I would have murdered someone for that role.  He was added at the last minute into Wolverine so I had to bulk up fast and gain muscle.  Thats why Ryan Reynolds Supplements came in handy.  Helped me get gains real quick.”

“Now a days its more about self preservation.  I am where I want to be so I just have to maintain it.  It’s not as easy as it sounds though.  I still have to show up at the gym and limit fast food to only a few times a week.”
