Zac Efron Diet Plan for Baywatch

Zac Efron was always the cute boy from High School Musical, but since then he’s changed quiet a lot. He went from a little boy to a physical specimen. Women literally drool when he takes his shirt of during movies. As Efron matured, he started landing more featured roles where he had to prove his talents, but during almost every movie he’s in shows his flawless physique.

He works out a lot and keeps a very balanced diet to keep his six packs abs in place. His recent play in “Baywatch” where he stars together with Dwayne Johnson, Zac focused even more so he wouldn’t look small alongside his co-star.
