Conor McGregor Diet Keeps Him On The Top Of The Fight Game

Since Conor McGregor started to use the services of a dietician, his fight games have turned to a totally new level. He enhances the results he obtains in his training with the food recommended by the experts and it seems that he has more energy and recovers faster. One of the most changes he made in his diet is in what he drinks. So he now drinks a lot of water and coconut water because he understood how important it is to stay hydrated.

Proteins are also important when he trains, so he has for breakfast an omelette and if he is in his day when he is allowed to consume carbs, he also adds some sweet potatoes. On top of that, it's Conor McGregor Supplements that keep him at 100% energy level and keep his fat percentage extremely low.

Every morning, I have my coconut water first because I do not want to drink coffee first thing in the morning. I need to stay hydrated, so I start the process early in the morning with the coconut water. After that, I have a banana and then I will have my  omelette for breakfast. Only after I eat breakfast I will have my Americano.”
